1. If you don't already have Skype installed in your computer, you can download it free from the Skype website. Click here if you'd like to go to our Skype download page.

2. Skype can be installed in many languages for easy understanding. We recommend you install it in English but maybe it's easier for you in your native language at first.

3. Follow the installation instructions and open an account with Skype if you don't already have one. Your account name and password are important so you can log into skype and also so your teachers can add you to their Skype.

4. After you test your microphone, headset and webcam you are ready for conversation lessons.
