For conversation lessons, yes. It is usually required that you can hold a basic conversation so you grow from there. If you can understand most of the text on this website you are very likely to have an intermediate level or higher and ready for conversation lessons.

This is another reason why we offer a free 30min trial lesson so we can evaluate your English lesson and see if your English level is ready. We usually take intermediate level* and higher but sometimes there are exceptions** based on your conversational skills.
